Refund & Return Policy

We offer store credit only for eligible returns. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for store credit.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without a requesting and being accepted for return will not be refunded.

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Return shipping costs must be covered by the purchaser. You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping label. Shipping costs may be automatically deducted from your refund if applicable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

In addition, we do not accept returns on sensitive items such as undergarments, thongs, socks, bras, swimsuits, or similar intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item for store credit and then use that credit to make a new purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your return has been approved. If approved, you’ll receive your store credit in the form of a digital gift card within 10 business days of receiving your item.
